Candidates that pass the preliminary examination will be called for the next round of the recruitment process.
There will be two mandatory papers in the CGPSC State Service Prelims Exam, that is, general studies and aptitude exams with objective-type multiple-choice questions. Each incorrect answer will result in a negative marking of 0.33. Candidates who pass the preliminary exam will be qualified to take the main exam.
